Job summary

Philtech Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst to support execution of marketing and loyalty programs, including digital offer allocations and multi-channel audience creation. The role requires strong SQL skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to follow standardized SOPs.

Offshore analysts must be available during Pacific Time for collaboration with the onshore team. You will build audience files for Email, Push, and RCS, optimize SQL queries, maintain SOP

Qualifications

• 3+ years of advanced SQL experience.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• High attention to detail and commitment to zero‑defect execution.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute digital offer allocations based on defined business rules.
• Build and maintain audience files for Email, Push, and RCS channels.
• Serve as a power user of GrowthLoop CDP.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for segmentation, targeting, and QA.
• Develop and maintain SOP documentation.
• Partner with CRM and Marketing Operations to ensure correct audience integration with deployment systems.
• Conduct rigorous QA of your own work and teammates' to ensure zero-defect campaigns.
