Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Experience in marketing administration or retail marketing is an advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to work onsite in Tabaco City, Albay.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support for marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store activities.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, promotional announcements, and campaign requirements.
• Coordinate with store operations, merchandising, suppliers, and other departments to ensure timely promotions.
• Monitor marketing expenses, schedules, and campaign deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain marketing reports, documentation, and records.
• Assist in organizing events, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Ensure marketing materials and displays are implemented across assigned stores.
