The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 0-1 year experience in a business-related environment. Knowledge of healthcare space and Excel skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills, with ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates, profit, etc.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified panellists and non-panellists for research projects through outbound calls, emails, and desk research.
• Clearly communicate study requirements to respondents during recruitment calls.
• Inform line manager of issues, delays or risks affecting delivery and support corrective action.
• Provide feedback on project feasibility and recruitment conditions using market intelligence.
• Meet daily call-volume and recruitment targets and maintain guidelines.
