You will manage recruitment activity, keep records, and monitor progress against project requirements. You will communicate study requirements to respondents, report risks to the line manager, and provide feedback on recruitment

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 0-1 year in a business environment; market research desirable.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit panellists and non-panellists for studies via calls, email, and desk research.
• Communicate study requirements and next steps to respondents.
• Inform line manager of recruitment issues, delays, or risks and support corrective action.
• Provide feedback on feasibility and recruitment conditions using market intelligence.
• Meet daily call-volume and recruitment strike-rate targets.
• Adhere to established phone communication quality standards.
