M3 USA, part of M3 Global Research, is hiring a Fieldwork Coordinator to manage recruitment for quantitative and qualitative studies in the US market. You will coordinate sampling, invitations, and incentives, and support PMs to meet client specifications and timelines.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 0–1 year in market research, and strong English communication. This is a remote role with US shift hours, targeting candidates in the Philippines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Healthcare/market research coursework preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate recruitment for quantitative and qualitative studies in the US market.
• Support project managers to ensure studies meet client specs and timelines.
• Set up sampling and manage invitations, lists, and incentives.
• Liaise with vendors and respondents to optimize recruitment.
• Track sampling performance and prepare status updates for PMs.
• Attend meetings and document notes for action follow-ups.
• Ensure timely project completion and invoicing readiness.
