Job summary

M3 is seeking a Project Research Associate to recruit qualified panellists for market research studies. You will perform outbound calls, follow up by email, and conduct desk research to identify candidates, managing recruitment with accuracy and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include meeting daily call targets, communicating study requirements clearly, and collaborating with US and EU teams while complying with ISO 20252:2019 and ISO 27001 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 0-1 year of experience in a business-related environment; market research experience desirable but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong Excel skills and quick learner of new technologies.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified panellists and non-panellists for recruited studies through outbound calls, email follow-up, and desk research.
• Clearly communicate study requirements and participation details to respondents.
• Inform line manager of recruitment issues, delays, or risks and support corrective action.
• Provide feedback on feasibility and recruitment conditions using market intelligence.
• Meet daily call-volume and recruitment strike-rate targets.
• Adhere to phone communication quality standards and guidelines.
