Job summary

SGS is seeking a Market Intelligence & Data Analyst Specialist to provide centralized commercial support, enabling market insights, qualified leads and trusted data. You will leverage AI, Power BI, and digital tools to improve research, reporting, and operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams.

You will work on market intelligence, lead qualification, CRM enablement, and continuous improvement while adapting to evolving business priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
Min 5 yrs experience in market intelligence, sales support, pre-sales, commercial operations or data analysis/business intelligence is required.
Strong working knowledge of Excel and Power BI (including Power Automate); experience designing and developing dashboards, data visualizations and business reporting solutions is highly desirable.
Comfortable working with Salesforce CRM and digital systems including supporting reporting, dashboard creation and data analysis.
Demonstrates a strong analytical mindset with the curiosity and discipline to investigate details, validate information and follow data through to clear, reliable conclusions.
Practical experience using AI and generative AI tools to enhance research, data analysis, process efficiency and productivity is highly desirable.
Demonstrates curiosity and a proactive approach to evaluating and adopting emerging technologies that can improve commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Professional English proficiency (C2 preferred).
Travel is negligible.

Responsibilities

Contribute to identification and prioritization of growth opportunities through continuous market and customer analysis.
Translate market intelligence into commercial insight to support decision-making and market entry initiatives.
Analyze commercial and market data to identify patterns, trends and signals using AI-powered technologies and Power BI visualizations.
Review pipelines to support sales growth planning and identify opportunities through data-driven insights.
Manage incoming leads and inquiries to ensure timely response, qualification and routing.
Qualify leads based on commercial relevance and potential value using data analysis and AI-assisted research.
Enrich leads with relevant context prior to handover to Sales.
Support CRM data integrity and reporting through Salesforce dashboards and automation.
Lead or support digital innovation initiatives, including Power BI dashboards and AI solutions.
