• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
• Experience with survey tools and statistical software (SPSS, R, or Python) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
