Job summary

Seapeak, based in the Philippines, is seeking a Marine HR Officer to support the ship team. You will assign seafarers to vessels, ensure certification compliance, and provide logistics support for crew changes and onboarding.

You will also coordinate training plans, arrange shore-based training per STCW requirements, and assist with recruitment activities. Strong administrative skills and marine industry knowledge are essential.
