Job summary

Ambrey Risk Limited is seeking a Commercial Delivery Manager based in Mumbai to oversee the full commercial cycle from client enquiry to invoicing and debt management. Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a commercial role.
• 2+ years in maritime operations or vessel management.
• Strong client relationship management capabilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full commercial cycle from enquiry through quotation, contract management, invoicing and debt follow-up.
• Draft and issue contracts via BIMCO; ensure signed confirmations before embarkation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to support voyages and commercial processes.
• Monitor invoices, debt collection and KPI targets, and maintain accurate records in Sonar or equivalent systems.
