Job summary

StarHigh Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Marine & Technical Coordinator to support superintendents by coordinating vessel maintenance, compliance, and operations. You will ensure effective vessel-to-shore communication and streamline fleet management activities.

The role covers planning and scheduling class surveys, dry-dockings, statutory inspections, and managing procurement for marine equipment to support uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of marine classification rules and surveys (ABS, DNV, BV, LR).
• Experience in marine coordination, vessel operations or technical administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist Marine and Technical Superintendents in fleet maintenance, compliance, and operations.
• Coordinate communication between vessels, office teams, and onshore operations.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate class surveys, dry-dockings, and inspections.
• Manage procurement workflows for technical stores and spare parts.
• Facilitate crew movements, vessel documentation, and port agency coordination.
