BEST CASA PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to build and lead a sales team, set performance goals, and coach team members. The role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with customers in marble products and liaising with consultants and architects to secure projects.

The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and coordinate cross-functional activities to meet project timelines. A proven sales track record is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge in plumbing & sanitary is advantageous.
• Experience liaising with consultants & architects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales team, set performance goals and objectives, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Maintain good rapport and business relationships with existing customers in related marble products.
• Develop strong working relationships with customers by interpreting needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads.
• Understand market trends and customer needs to develop sales strategies.
• Coordinate department activities to meet project timelines.
• Conduct Product & Technical Presentations/Demonstrations to consultants, architects, main and sub contractors.
• All related Sales and Marketing duties (projects follow up, preparation of quotes, project submissions, site meetings and collection).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth is highly preferred.
