Job summary

Karnot Energy Solutions Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager in Mapandan, Pangasinan. The role requires managing compliance with SEC, BIR, BOI, and DOLE, alongside cash management and reporting cycles. Candidates should have strong financial experience, preferably as a CPA, with at least 5 years in SME finance, including some time in a managerial role.

The salary is ₱55,000–80,000/month based on experience. Opportunity for mentorship and development towards senior finance leadership roles is offered.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy from a recognised Philippine university.
• PRC CPA preferred (Finance Manager candidates pursuing CPA review will also be considered if the rest of the experience is strong).
• 5 or more years in SME finance, with at least 2 years as Finance Manager, Senior Accountant or equivalent.
• Direct hands-on experience with SEC, BIR, BOI and DOLE filings — not delegated.
• Strong Excel proficiency and management-account preparation.
• Comfort mentoring a junior team member.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance with Philippine regulations (SEC, BIR, BOI, DOLE).
• Handle cash, audit, and reporting cycles.
• Coordinate SEC filings and BIR submissions.
• Ensure cash and treasury management.
• Provide management reports to the CEO.
• Build the finance team over time.
