Job summary

Karnot Energy Solutions Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager in Mapandan, Pangasinan. The role requires managing compliance with SEC, BIR, BOI, and DOLE, alongside cash management and reporting cycles. Candidates should have strong financial experience, preferably as a CPA, with at least 5 years in SME finance, including some time in a managerial role.

The salary is ₱55,000–80,000/month based on experience. Opportunity for mentorship and development towards senior finance leadership roles is offered.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy from a recognised Philippine university.
• PRC CPA preferred (Finance Manager candidates pursuing CPA review will also be considered if the rest of the experience is strong).
• 5 or more years in SME finance, with at least 2 years as Finance Manager, Senior Accountant or equivalent.
• Direct hands-on experience with SEC, BIR, BOI and DOLE filings — not delegated.
• Strong Excel proficiency and management-account preparation.
• Comfort mentoring a junior team member.

The Role

The Finance Manager is responsible for keeping Karnot Energy Solutions Inc. fully compliant with every Philippine regulator we report to — SEC, BIR, BOI, DOLE, LGU, BFP — and for managing the cash, audit and reporting cycle that keeps the business running cleanly. Reports directly to the CEO. Mentors and builds capability in the junior Bookkeeper alongside the day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities

• SEC filings — annual GIS, AFS, beneficial-ownership disclosures, on time and accurate
• BIR filings — monthly VAT (2550M/Q), monthly and quarterly withholding (1601C, 1601E), quarterly and annual ITR (1702), 2316, 1604E, eFPS submissions
• BOI Pioneer status compliance — annual reports, ITH milestone tracking, incentive renewal documentation
• DOLE — annual employment report, SSS / PhilHealth / Pag-IBIG remittances on time, payroll compliance
• LGU — annual Mayor's Permit renewal, business permit and barangay clearance maintenance
• Audited Financial Statements — coordinate the external CPA, manage the audit cycle to SEC and BIR deadlines
• Cash and treasury — weekly cash forecast, PHP / USD supplier and customer flows, banking relationships
• Management reporting — monthly accounts to the CEO, simple board pack, KPI tracking
• Build the finance team over time — Finance Manager and Accountant as the company grows

Required Qualifications
