Job summary

Mang Inasal Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to effectively plan, organize, and lead production in the assigned area to meet volume, quality, and hygiene targets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, with willingness to work shifting schedules in Marilao, Bulacan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Technology, any Engineering or Business courses.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a food manufacturing plant, supervisory role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food processing technology and training/orientation programs.
• Good oral & written communication, computer literacy, critical thinking, and assertiveness.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules in Marilao, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Plans and schedules production operations based on volume forecast and actual requirements.
• Directs and controls the activities in the production area to ensure smooth flow of production operations.
• Ensures the assigned area contributes to the attainment of quality and safety standards for finished products and in the workplace.
• Initiates process improvements, equipment upgrades, and opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborates with other operating units on behalf of the section.
• Verifies accurate and timely production reports and other reports as required by management.
• Observes, promotes, and implements food safety and quality practices as indicated in the policy.

• Plans and schedules production operations based on volume forecast and actual requirements.

• Ensures that the assigned area contributes to the consistent attainment of quality and safety standards for finished products and in the workplace.

Job Qualifications

• A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Technology, any Engineering or Business courses.


• With at least one (1) year of work experience in a food manufacturing plant, preferably involved in similar production lines, and in a supervisory capacity.


• Must have basic knowledge/experience in food processing technology and in handling production seminars, training, and similar orientation programs.


• Must possess good oral & written communication skills; be computer literate; have critical thinking skills; be expressive & assertive.


• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules at Marilao, Bulacan
