Job summary

Mang Inasal Philippines, Inc. in Marilao, Bulacan, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to plan, organize, and lead production operations in its food manufacturing plant.

The role ensures volume, quality, timely output, and compliance with good manufacturing practices and sanitation standards. You will drive process improvements, coordinate with other units, and verify timely production reports while upholding food safety and quality policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a food manufacturing plant, in a supervisory capacity.
• Basic knowledge in food processing technology and handling production seminars and trainings.
• Good oral and written communication skills; computer literate; critical thinking; expressive & assertive.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules at Marilao, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Plans and schedules production operations based on volume forecast and actual requirements.
• Directs and controls the activities in the production area to ensure smooth flow of production.
• Ensures the assigned area contributes to quality and safety standards for finished products and the workplace.
• Initiates process improvements, equipment upgrades, and opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborates with other operating units on behalf of the section.
• Verifies accurate and timely production reports and other management reports.
• Observes, promotes, and implements food safety and quality practices as indicated in the policy.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Technology,any Engineering or Business courses.


• With at least one (1) year of work experience in a food manufacturing plant, preferably involved in similar production lines, and in a supervisory capacity.


• Must have basic knowledge/experience in food processing technologyand inhandling production seminars, training, and similar orientation programs.


• Must possess good oral & written communication skills; be computer literate; have critical thinking skills; be expressive & assertive.


• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules atMarilao, Bulacan
