Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedule.
• Oversee and coach production personnel.
• Ensure the safe use of equipment.
• Check production output according to specification
• Submit report on performance according to specifications.
• Submit report on performance and progress.
• Identify issues in efficiency on how to safely use machineries and follow procedures.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
• Create daily, weekly and monthly work schedule of all production personnel.
• Monitor daily work progress.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
