Job summary

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Engineering, 3+ years of experience, familiarity with RCA/8D/FMEA/SPC, and strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with global manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of work experience.
• Familiarity with RCA, 8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys, FMEA, and SPC.
• Six Sigma GB/BB certification is an advantage.
• Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and provide hands-on line support.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing data and implement corrective actions
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and work instructions
• Support production by troubleshooting process and equipment issues
• Lead continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity projects
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and process validations
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams
• Other duties as assigned
