Littelfuse is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer in the Philippines to analyze manufacturing data, develop and optimize processes, and support production with hands-on line support. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, NPI support, and adherence to quality standards.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Engineering, 3+ years of experience, familiarity with RCA/8D/FMEA/SPC, and strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with global manufacturing is preferred.

• Six Sigma GB/BB certification is an advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and provide hands-on line support.
• High attention to detail.
