Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a manufacturing process engineer to optimize techniques, processes and tooling for improved quality and output. The role focuses on standardizing stamping, modeling, assembly, and other manufacturing processes within a dynamic environment, and on developing automation platforms for new product development and optimization of existing products.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years of progressively responsible experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience.
• Strong focus on process optimization, quality and output in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to design and implement manufacturing process and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Implements and improves manufacturing techniques, processes, tooling, and machinery to optimize quality and output levels.
• Optimizing and standardizing stamping, modeling, assembly, and other processes within the manufacturing environment.
• Designing and developing manufacturing process platforms and automation platforms
• Applying process platforms for the realization of new product development as well as optimization of existing products already in production.
• Ensuring processes are running at an optimum level for maximizing quality and output levels.
