Job summary

TE Connectivity in Tanauan, Philippines is seeking a MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEER II to lead manufacturing process improvement initiatives and guide project teams toward achieving throughput and quality goals. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of experience, and 25%–50% travel.

You will analyze production data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and design plans for new equipment and processes to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field with a minimum 3 years of progressively responsible professional experience.
• Provides guidance and leadership on manufacturing processes to support goals.
• Analyses statistics related to production efficiency, safety, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop production improvement goals and suggest management improvements.
• Evaluate unfinished products and components and propose quality and production improvements.
• Analyze statistics related to production efficiency and resource usage; research cost-saving methods.
• Design and evaluate plans for implementing manufacturing equipment, technology and resources to meet goals.
