Job summary

PAN ASIA HR CONSULTING PH INC. seeks a senior production/engineering/managerial leader with a strong background in semicon manufacturing. The role requires a degreed engineer, extensive leadership experience, and mastery of Lean, JIT, Six Sigma, OEE and TOC to drive performance in a high-volume facility in Laguna, Philippines.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate at least 10 years in senior roles, strong computer literacy, and a strategic view on continuous improvement and operations excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering).
• Extensive work experience in Semicon/Manufacturing industry.
• At least 10 years manufacturing experience in a Senior Production/Engineering/Managerial role.
• Proficient in Lean Manufacturing, JIT (Just-in-Time) and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledgeable in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and TOC (Theory of Constraints).
