Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Planner/Manager to drive production planning, capacity optimization and cost-efficient scheduling.

You will develop resource allocation models, respond to changes and issues, and ensure delivery and quality targets are met. Applying Lean Manufacturing, JIT, Six Sigma, OEE and TOC, you will lead continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics and Communications, Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical).
• Minimum ten (10) years manufacturing experience in a senior production/engineering/managerial role.
• Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing, JIT (Just-in-Time) and Six Sigma; familiar with OEE and TOC.

Responsibilities

• Develops specific manufacturing plans to achieve department goals and executes decisions on a daily basis.
• Ensures production plans are met with the lowest cost and that customer delivery and quality requirements are satisfied.
• Develops resource allocation and planning models for manufacturing operations.
• Responds to changes, issues, and problems that affect or may affect future manufacturing operations.
• Ensures the efficient performance of capacity planning, space utilization, and machine efficiency of scorecards and trends.
• Ensures the efficient performance of production and HC planning.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering (Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering).

• Minimum ten (10) years manufacturing experience in a senior production/engineering/managerial role.

• Computer literate, understanding of Lean Manufacturing, JIT (Just-in-Time) and Six Sigma Methodology. Knowledgeable in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and TOC (Theory of Constraint).
