Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer & IT Support professional to join our Manufacturing Operations team. This role blends manufacturing engineering expertise with hands-on IT support to boost production efficiency, quality, and system reliability.

The candidate will design and implement production processes, support product launches, and manage IT systems for manufacturing. Strong problem- solving and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering or similar).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering and/or production process development.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes, tools, and test systems for meter production and returns.
• Support new product introductions, engineering changes, pilot runs, and full-scale production.
• Define technical requirements for production equipment and tooling.
• Develop and maintain test procedures, work instructions, and safety analyses.
• Analyze manufacturing data to improve yield, productivity, quality, and cycle time.
• Provide technical support for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Product Management, and global teams.
