We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who is passionate about process improvement, operational efficiency, and manufacturing excellence. The successful candidate will work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to identify opportunities, solve process-related problems, and implement improvements that enhance productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and production methods to increase efficiency and productivity.
Identify process bottlenecks, operational issues, and recurring problems and recommend effective solutions.
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Conduct time studies, process analysis, capacity analysis, and other operational studies to support decision-making.
Collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain process documentation, work standards, process flowcharts, and other engineering-related documents.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Safety, and other departments in implementing improvement projects.
Support the development and optimization of production layouts, work methods, equipment utilization, and material flow.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements and establish appropriate performance indicators.
Participate in root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive actions for process and operational problems.
Support initiatives focused on productivity improvement, cost efficiency, quality enhancement, and operational performance.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
Perform other engineering-related tasks as assigned.
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
Preferably a Licensed Engineer.
With experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience in process improvement, manufacturing engineering, or operational efficiency is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with Operations Research, process analysis, capacity planning, and productivity improvement.
Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and other data-analysis or engineering software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Able to interpret manufacturing data and translate findings into practical improvement actions.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
