Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for the México NPI site, onsite in Juarez. You will lead the MBC tooling department and VDMS governance across NPD and CPD, driving capability and disciplined execution to optimize production readiness.

Responsibilities include people leadership, capital strategy, digital transformation, and continuous improvement, with accountability for safety and performance in a Mexico plant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing engineering teams and/or tooling operations.
• Ability to develop engineering talent and strengthen capability with limited bench strength.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Manufacturing Engineers, the MBC Supervisor, and the Supervisor of NPD Technicians and Casters.
• Own day-to-day execution of VDMS across NPD and CPD programs; ensure disciplined execution and training improvements.
