Qualifications

• 3–5 years of electronics manufacturing experience with SMT and PCBA.
• Proven ability to lead process improvement and automation projects.
• Hands-on experience in wave soldering, selective soldering, fixture/tooling design and PCB testing.
• Strong knowledge of DFM, DFA, fixture design, automation, and PCB assembly.
• Experience with NPI, Kaizen, Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, and cost improvements.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and ensure on-time delivery.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to production teams.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturing technologies and best practices.
