Offshore MVP in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Cost Analyst to join our Finance team. You will participate in cost updates across materials, labour, overhead, freight and duty, and deliver profitability analyses to support decision‑making.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, strong Excel skills, and the ability to multi-task in a manufacturing environment. You will partner with Operations and R&D to identify cost drivers and suggest substitutions while ensuring clear, concise

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or any related field.
• Experience working in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to efficiently multi-task.
• Self-motivated.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in annual cost updates: including material, labor, overhead, freight and duty.
• Roll and update costs.
• Create product profitability analysis.
• Provide cost impacts for Part Change Notices.
• Prepare cost reports for new, proposed, and existing products.
• Support Operations in Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Culminate and report on internal transactions
• Process and Procedures.
• Support documentation of procedures for operations ensuring data accuracy.
• Partner with operations team to improve policies and procedures.
• Provide insight into cost reduction through identification of cost drivers and substitutions.
• Provide costing support, training, and guidance to R&D, SBUs, and Product Data.
• Management group as required.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting as required.
