Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a key part of the Collins Aerospace family, is seeking a Manufacturing Cost Analyst onsite in the Philippines to monitor and optimize total manufacturing costs. You will partner with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production to drive cost performance and provide data-driven insights for budgeting and forecasting.

The role requires strong cost accounting and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and SAP ERP, and a track record of applying lean

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, cost accounting, financial analysis, or industrial engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP ERP.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze total manufacturing costs, including direct labor, materials, overhead, and production expenses.
• Prepare and maintain cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track KPIs such as labor efficiency, material yield, scrap, rework, and productivity.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production teams.
• Validate cost allocations and ensure compliance with financial policies.
