Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• At least 2-5 years, previous experience in accounting, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent ability to analyze large data sets for cost-saving opportunities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (production, procurement) to explain financial data.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze expenditures, raw materials, and labor to identify waste and inefficient processes.
• Maintain, calculate, and update accurate inventory costs, including overhead allocation.
• Review standard versus actual costs and report on discrepancies to management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual costs forecasts for different departments, batching, spinning, and curing.
• Financial reporting & control: reconcile inventory and cost accounts, and support month-end closing.
• Evaluate profit margins for products and services to assist in pricing strategies.
