Job Summary

MK Kitchen is looking for a reliable and organized Assistant to support the Fabrication Manager in overseeing daily production and employee performance while ensuring product quality and workplace safety. The role also involves making sure production targets are met on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities, schedules, employee attendance, and task assignments.
• Track production progress and report delays or operational issues.
• Monitor material inventory and report shortages or replenishment needs.
• Inspect fabricated products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
• Ensure workplace safety, proper use of protective equipment, and good housekeeping.
• Assist in training new employees and monitoring work performance.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and Delivery departments.
• Prepare production reports and recommend improvements to daily operations.

NOTE: Other duties may be assigned as needed based on company requirements.

Qualifications
