Job summary

Marsh in Manila is looking for a Site & Functional Leader to run the Manila hub for Global Service Delivery Health and to drive the Health functional agenda. The role combines site leadership with functional leadership, split roughly 70% on-site and 30% on Health initiatives.

You will collaborate with Facilities, Finance, HR, Technology and Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth operations, strong governance, and continuous improvement across health shared services.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a large professional organization, preferably in insurance or healthcare.
• Deep understanding of healthcare operations and shared services environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to lead senior stakeholders in a global matrix environment.
• Strong negotiation, budgeting, and finance acumen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as GSD's primary site-level representative and senior decision-maker for the Manila hub, chairing local leadership meetings and overseeing policies and strategies.
• Partner with Facilities & Administration, Finance, HR, Technology, and Talent Acquisition to ensure effective site operations and governance.
• Lead local portfolio of strategic initiatives using project and change management best practices (Six Sigma/Lean).
• Address and resolve significant employee relations issues, collaborating with HR and Internal Communications to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across local, regional, and global levels, and oversee governance through reviews, metrics, and action tracking.
• Map client requirements, define service level agreements, and lead process re-engineering to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and coach colleagues, promote a high-performance culture, and manage budgets and forecasts while mitigating service issues and risks.
