Job summary

Marsh in Manila seeks a Site & Functional Leader for Global Service Delivery Health. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office, and blends site leadership with Health functional leadership to drive service delivery and governance.

You will lead the Manila hub and Health portfolio, driving continuous improvement and strong stakeholder alignment across global teams. Experience in healthcare or insurance is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in large organizations, insurance/healthcare preferred.
• Deep understanding of healthcare ops and shared services; extensive change leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a global matrix environment.
• Strong negotiation, budgeting and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as GSD's primary site-level representative and senior decision-maker for the Manila hub.
• Partner with Facilities, Administration, Finance, HR, Technology and Talent Acquisition to ensure site operations and governance.
• Lead the local portfolio of strategic initiatives, applying Six Sigma and Lean to support objectives and deadlines.
• Address and resolve significant employee relations issues with HR and Internal Communications.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across local, regional and global levels; oversee governance through reviews and metrics.
• Map client requirements, define SLAs, and lead process re-engineering to improve efficiency, scalability and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and coach colleagues, promote high-performance culture, and manage capacity, budgets and forecasts while mitigating risks.
