MSC Cruises seeks a Site Director to establish and scale the Manila Shared Services Centre, overseeing customer contact, reservations, finance, HR and back-office tasks. You will lead senior teams, set governance, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with Philippine regulations.

You will champion a high-performance culture, manage a growing population, and partner with global leaders to deliver efficient, compliant services across brands.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership in Shared Services, Global Business Services, BPO, or customer operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management or a related field; MBA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Manila Shared Services Centre, building a high-performing organisation recognised for service excellence.
• Serve as the primary interface between the Manila centre and global business leaders.
• Define and execute the site's operational strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Own the SSC operating budget and monitor headcount and costs.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and governance controls.
