Job summary

Mitti by SafetyCulture is building a world-class Manila office experience, owning facilities, procurement, and pantry operations to ensure a welcoming, efficient workplace. You’ll lead annual events and culinary programs while maintaining safety, vendor relations, and budgets, partnering with IT for tech needs and ensuring compliance across the office.

You will drive continuous improvement through documentation, dashboards, and data, aligning local practices with global Workplace Experience

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end office operations and facilities.
• Experience coordinating events of varying scale from weekly meetings to large off-site celebrations.
• Strong vendor management and budget tracking skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with SOPs, Confluence and workplace documentation.
• Ability to partner with IT on meeting room tech and access systems.
• Comfort with health and safety obligations and OSH concepts.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work in a global matrix.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Manila office experience — facilities, procurement, and pantry/inventory.
• Create a standout arrival experience for guests and new starters, including onboarding logistics.
• Oversee the annual events and culinary program, coordinating with providers for a calendar of initiatives.
• Manage the Manila workplace budget, forecasting, invoices, and vendor contracts.
• Partner with IT on meeting room technology, AV equipment, printers, and access systems.
• Own OSH compliance and local business continuity planning.
• Maintain clear workplace documentation and monthly occupancy dashboards.
• Represent global Workplace Experience standards locally in Manila.
