Job summary

Seven Consulting in Manila is seeking a full-time Manila Central Offices Team Lead to unify Makati and Alabang operations, drive efficiency, and uphold an engaging workplace culture.

You will oversee day-to-day office logistics, people leadership, and collaboration with the PMO on client engagements. This role requires 7+ years in operations/PMO, strong coaching and communication, and a hands-on approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading multi-site teams in a professional-services or project-delivery environment.
• 7+ years’ experience in operations, PMO or project-management support roles; exposure to client-facing delivery a plus.
• Natural team-builder with superb coaching, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Tenacity and calm under pressure—weather events, tight deadlines, last-minute changes.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; comfortable creating dashboards and action logs.
• Sharp eye for detail, high personal integrity, and genuine passion for helping people succeed.

Responsibilities

• Office Operations - run day-to-day logistics for Makati and Alabang sites, manage assets, budgets, safety and vendor relations.
• People Leadership - mentor graduates, PMO analysts and PMs; guide performance reviews; coordinate training and career plans.
• Culture & Engagement - craft quarterly events, Project 7 charity drives and all-hands meetings that strengthen our shared values.
• Practice Support - partner with the PMO Practice Lead on client engagements, quality reviews and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• HR Liaison - work hand-in-hand with Sydney HR to onboard talent, resolve issues and uphold compliance (incl. call-tree & weather advisories).
• Financial Stewardship - own quarterly budgets, track actuals vs forecasts, and report insights to Finance.
