Job summary

Marsh in Manila, Philippines seeks a seasoned leader to serve as Site & Functional Leader for the Manila hub within the Global Service Delivery (GSD) Health team. This hybrid role combines site leadership with Health functional leadership, split roughly 70% on Manila hub leadership and 30% on Health functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in a large professional organization, preferably in the insurance or healthcare domain, with graduation or post-graduation qualifications.
• Deep understanding of healthcare operations and shared services environments, with extensive experience leading organizational change.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to lead others and manage relationships with senior stakeholders in a global, matrix environment.
• Strong negotiation, budgeting, and finance acumen, with sound judgment and strategic thinking.
