Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
• MBA or postgraduate studies in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in sales, operations, supply chain, or business management.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong background in retail, distribution, and export operations.
• Experience managing distributors, key accounts, modern trade, and export customers.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth while improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets across retail, wholesale, distributor, modern trade, general trade, and export channels.
• Drive growth across these channels and identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Manage key customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements with distributors, retailers, and export partners.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets, customer acquisition, and account development goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations related to manufacturing coordination, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure alignment between sales forecasts and production plans to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor KPIs such as service levels, inventory turnover, order fulfillment accuracy, and production efficiency.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Lead the S&OP process to balance demand forecasts with production and supply capabilities.
• Develop accurate demand forecasts using sales data, market trends, promotions, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage supply and demand risks and ensure availability.
