Job summary

Alvest Equipment Services (AES) in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Finance Manager to lead the country’s finance function as part of its international expansion. You will report to the Contract & Operations Manager and oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow and compliance.

You will supervise the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams and partner with Operations, Supply Chain and senior management to drive profitability and robust financial controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in Finance, Financial Controlling or Accounting with management experience.
• Experience leading a complete finance function and supervising accounting teams.
• Experience in international or multinational environments is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations across AES activities in the Philippines.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports per Group requirements.
• Ensure reliability of financial information and maintain internal controls.
• Monitor financial performance and analyse operational results.
• Prepare management reports and financial dashboards to support decisions.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for the country, including cost control.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, AES policies and external audits.
