Job summary

Cortex Technologies Corporation in Quezon City is seeking a Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, enforce SOPs, and optimize visual merchandising and inventory workflow.

You will monitor KPIs, manage inventory replenishment, lead scheduling, onboard and coach staff, and compile end-of-day and end-of-month dashboards for management.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management - Manage daily store warehouse operations, enforce SOPs, and optimize store visual merchandising and inventory workflow.
• Sales & Revenue Tracking - Monitor daily/weekly KPIs (sales targets, conversion rates, basket size) and implement floor strategies for walk-in customers.
• Inventory & Supply Chain - Oversee stock replenishment, perform cycle counts, track inventory replenishments and ensure visual planogram compliance.
• Team Leadership & Scheduling - Manage PC scheduling, evaluate individual sales performance, conduct onboarding, and coach team members on customer engagement and product knowledge.
• Reporting & Analytics - Analyze sales performance data, compile end-of-day/end-of-month operational dashboards, and present actionable insights to management.
