Job summary

Sinotruk International is seeking a full-time bilingual customer service translator to support Chinese- and Filipino-speaking clients. The role requires accurate data entry, data categorization, and collaboration with the team to maintain a robust database.

The candidate should be fluent in Mandarin with strong English skills and hold a bachelor’s degree. Some travel may be required; a valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide core customer service support for assigned applications and systems.
• Input sales leads and relevant data into the company system accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a comprehensive database and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide language support and translations for Mandarin-speaking employees or clients.
• Read, proofread, and revise written materials and translate into the specified language.

Job description

• Provide core customer service support for assigned applications and system
• Accurately input sales leads and relevant data into the company system in a timely manner.
• Ensure all information is current and properly categorized for easy access and analysis.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a comprehensive database.
• Provide language support and assistance to Mandarin-speaking employees or clients.
• Read, proofread, edit and revise as needed any written materials such as, legal, documents, records, reports, profile, and rewrite the materials into the specified language.
• Partake in cross functional projects. Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry specific terminology to provide accurate translations.
• Have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluency in Chinese and Filipino with a bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficient in Mandarin (Must know how-to speak/write/read/type) Good command of English. Will require some travel with the team as necessary.
• With valid driver's license but not required

Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: (8:30am to 5:30pm)

Supplemental pay types: 13th Month pay
