Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor employee procedure. Report works progress and problems in each area to operation department to summarize working result and find the solution to develop service standard in each area to meet the companys standard.
• Give a tactic advice and working resource supporting.
• Prepare development training course to employee in each religion.
• To drive all employee, perform with effective working and meet the companys purpose.
• Clearly understood team and company mission, goal. Able to prioritize of work and apply short-term and long-term tactic to meet the teams goal.
• Analyze data to apply to evaluate and apply tactic to made high effective output.
• Study and keep up to date new technology knowledge that relate to job and apply to job with high effective.
• Able to perform tasks or project as commander assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be a Bachelor's/Associate degree of any related courses.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as long as fluent in speaking Mandarin language.
