The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and English, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information while coordinating translation needs across departments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in languages, communication, business, or related field is an advantage.
• Experience as a translator or interpreter is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in translation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate verbal and written communication from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
• Assist in meetings, discussions, and daily operations by providing accurate interpretation.
• Translate company documents, reports, emails, and other business materials.
• Facilitate communication between local and Chinese management staff.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information.
• Support other departments with translation needs when required.
• Bridge cultural and language gaps to improve workplace communication.
• Perform administrative tasks related to translation and coordination.
