Role Description

The Management Trainee – Mandarin Speaker is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig. This role supports daily operations by assisting in coordination between local teams and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners. The Management Trainee helps gather and analyze operational data, prepares reports, and participates in process improvement initiatives aligned with company goals. Day-to-day tasks include translating and interpreting Mandarin and English communications, supporting meetings and presentations, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role also involves learning core business functions, rotating across key departments, and providing administrative and project support to management.
