Job summary

Grundfos GmbH in Pasig City, Philippines is seeking an Accountant, Travel & Expense (Mandarin) to manage end-to-end T&E processes across markets within our Shared Services organization. You will ensure accurate processing, compliance, and timely reporting, supporting SAP Concur, Helios, and ServiceNow workflows while collaborating with global teams.

The role requires 5+ years in Shared Services and fluent Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Mandarin language skills with finance expertise.
• 5+ years in Shared Services in Accounts Payable or Travel & Expense.
• Experience with SAP Concur and Helios.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance checks on markets via SAP Concur and Helios.
• Reconcile accounts and review monthly accruals.
• Process ServiceNow tickets and support T&E users.
• Prepare reports for local stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Citibank on corporate cards.
