Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Accountant (Mandarin speaker) to oversee daily P2P operations across multiple entities in Pasig. You will drive end-to-end processes, mentor junior AP staff, ensure compliance, and support SAP-driven procure-to-pay excellence within a diverse, inclusive finance team.

The role emphasizes process improvements, automation, and accurate invoice processing, while coordinating with local vendors and ensuring timely month-end close in a hybrid workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience with 3+ years in Accounts Payable or Finance operations
• Advanced Mandarin language proficiency (must-have)
• SAP experience with solid understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and mentor junior team members

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee daily Purchase-to-Pay activities for selected local companies in line with defined SLAs/OLAs, including complex invoice processing and vendor transactions
• Lead month-end closing activities for assigned regions, including accrual proposals and reporting to Finance Team Leaders
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvement initiatives, implementing best practices and automation to reduce manual effort and enhance compliance
• Train, mentor, and review the work of junior AP staff while managing daily ticket assignments and follow-ups in the SNOW system
• Support migration activities, go-live preparations, and internal control and audit processes
• Monitor KPIs such as invoice cycle time and error rates, ensuring adherence to service level agreements
