Job summary

Michael Page in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact programs across international markets, delivering transformation initiatives within a global ecosystem and ensuring successful delivery of business objectives.

You will manage stakeholders across senior leadership, clients, and partners, coordinate multiple workstreams, and drive governance, risk management, and digital transformation programs in payments and fintech sectors.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in a client-facing environment.
• Proven experience managing complex projects, programmes, or implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience working with clients and stakeholders across multiple countries, regions, or global markets.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience within payments, fintech, banking, financial services, or technology sectors.
• Experience leading transformation, migration, implementation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and performance measurement skills.
• Experience working within multinational, regional, or global organisations supporting cross-border projects and client engagements.
• Exposure to emerging technologies, automation, artificial intelligence, or digital transformation programmes.
