Job summary

ISS-Corporate in the Philippines is seeking a Sustainability Advisor (Mandarin Speaker) to support ESG disclosures, align reporting with leading standards, and communicate insights to senior management.

You will manage client portfolios, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor regulatory developments to identify disclosure opportunities. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sustainability, Economics, or a related field; Master's is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required for engaging with Chinese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the Sustainability Advisory team supporting clients on sustainability-related challenges and opportunities across various industries.
• Manage a portfolio of clients with proactive engagement and timely responses to inquiries and project requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client executives and management, providing tailored guidance and recommendations.
• Monitor developments in sustainability reporting standards and investor expectations to identify key trends and topics.
• Develop and deliver high-quality client presentations, reports, and advisory deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client projects and product initiatives.
• Limited travel (approximately 10% or less) for client meetings and events.
