Job summary

A leading impact investment firm is seeking a Senior Advisor for its ESG & Impact Advisory practice in the Philippines. The role involves engaging with major corporates and financial institutions to integrate ESG strategies and sustainability finance solutions. This position requires extensive experience in ESG and sustainability coaching, aiming to drive impactful change across South and Southeast Asia. The firm offers a dynamic opportunity to influence sustainable finance and drive P&L growth.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of leadership experience in ESG advisory, sustainability consulting, or impact finance.
• Deep experience working with corporates and/or financial institutions in South and Southeast Asia.
• Expertise in ESG regulation and sustainability-linked bonds.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Advisory to expand corporate partnerships in priority markets.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects, including ESG diagnostics and impact frameworks.
• Support corporates in Orange Bond readiness through diagnostics and KPI development.
