Job summary

ISS-Corporate is seeking a Sustainability Advisor to support corporate clients in enhancing environmental and social disclosures. You will work with stakeholders to align reporting with leading frameworks, interpret evolving requirements, and deliver actionable recommendations.

You will build relationships with senior executives and cross-functional teams, analyze disclosures using ISS-Corporate data tools, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sustainability, Economics, or related field.
• 0–5 years in research, advisory, consulting, or sustainability roles; fresh graduates welcome.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin required for client engagement.
• Understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainability disclosures and respond to client inquiries.
• Engage with senior clients and cross-functional teams to tailor guidance.
• Monitor developments in reporting standards and investor expectations.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and advisory deliverables.
• Collaborate on thought leadership and client-facing content.
• Assist business development with subject matter expertise as needed.
• Travel ~10% for client meetings and events.
